Our vision at Weight Watchers is to change people’s relationship with food for good. As a Coach you will be an integral part in driving our vision by coaching and supporting our Members on their Weight loss journey.
We might be biased as we think the Coach role is one of those special rewarding roles, but don’t take our word for it, here’s what some of our Coaches have said about the role;
I LOVE BEING ABLE TO HELP MEMBERS WITH THEIR JOURNEY AND TO SEE THEM CHANGE NOT ONLY ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ALSO ON THE INSIDE WITH NEW FOUND CONFIDENCE AND ZEST FOR LIFE.
WEIGHT WATCHERS GAVE ME BACK MY LIFE AND BEING A COACH MEANS I GET TO “PAY IT FORWARD”

In your role as a Coach you will;
Prepare the meeting room to enrich the experience of members

Most importantly to be a Coach at Weight Watchers, you must bring a positive attitude and vibrant energy to support the members in their weight loss journey. Importantly, you will need to have access to a computer and internet for preparation and ongoing training as required, the ability to store stock at home, hold a current drivers licence and have access to a vehicle to take stock to and from meeting locations. Some of the key suburbs within this area include but are not limited to: Castle Hill & Hills District, Hornsby, Brookvale/Northern Beaches, Erina/Central Coast & Newcastle/North Coast.
We’ll be honest; this role isn’t for everybody, whilst you will be provided with all of the tools and support needed to be a successful Coach, a degree of independence is required due to the geographical spread of the meetings in the region managed by each Area Manager.
