With 53 fully computerised bulk-billing practices currently operating throughout 6 states, Tristar prides itself on offering traditional family medical services to all patients.
We are currently seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Coffs Harbour clinic. The successful candidate will be required to cover sick and annual leave which will involve working a number of shifts across 5 days per week.
Key responsibilities of this position include: Medical Reception; greeting patients, appointments and correspondence, liaising with patients, doctors and external departments and general administration and financial duties; photocopying, scanning, receipting and batching.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, work cooperatively in a team, remain focused in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about helping others. Previous experience in a Medical reception position is not essential; however, demonstrated previous experience in a similar position and/or Certificate III Business Administration will be looked upon favourably. Competent computer skills are essential.
