Mid Coast Gaming is a leading service company, offering field service repair and maintenance services to a growing base on the North Coast of NSW in Gaming and Electronic Services. A locally owned and operated company Mid Coast Gaming is continually expanding and diversifying its service offering on the North Coast.
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electronics Field Service Technician to start with our expanding company.
This position will be responsible for the delivery of service to various electronic equipment, computers and interactive entertainment systems. The work ranges from service calls to major installation project work. The role has been created to fill a vacant position due to growth in service and installation work in Northern NSW area.
Duties will include:
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
PC servicing skills
Cert 4 in Electronics
a knowledge and understanding of software installation
a knowledge of computer networks
Current drivers license
Ability to analyse/trouble shoot problems in the field
Strong customer service skills
Willingness to learn new skills within Electronics.
This role is initially on a casual employment basis which will require occasional weekend work on a planned roster.
