Skills and experience:
Proven ability and demonstrable experience in supervising a quarry operation is preferred.
Trade Qualifications in a relevant field (Cert III or IV preferable);
Strong people skills and communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, including leading and influencing people.
Personal drive and results-orientated
Good level of computer skills
