They are looking to expand their Coffs Harbour Region and take on a business manager to help grow the business whilst maintaining a strong culture.
About the Role
Manage the North Coast Region
Built a high-performance culture based on new metrics.
Exceed management expectations
Developing new frameworks for consultants to analyse revenue generating activities
Managed monthly branch expenses to meet target operating ratio
Recruited and train new consultants.
Perform client visits and presentations which will ensure an increase in referrals for the business.
Increase return to work results to meet Work Cover requirements About you
You'll have a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology or Psychology with AHPRA registration; demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to develop business and strong customer relationships. Workplace rehabilitation experience is essential. This is a perfect opportunity for a Team Leader or experienced Consultant looking to step up in their career into a management role - comprehensive training and support will be provided.
