The LMS Manager is responsible for several online platforms including My Health Learning (formerly HETI Online), State-wide Service Desk, Clinconnect and website administration for the Organisation Learning & Development website.
In addition, the LMS Manager provides advice and input in relation to policies and processes regarding Mandatory Training at a state and local level; and delivers regular and ad hoc reports in relation to MNCLHD Mandatory Training compliance. The role also provides support to MNCLHD staff in relation to online and face to face learning and development opportunities.
The LMS Manager works closely with members of the Senior Executive Team, Managers and Educators to identify learning needs and develop strategies, processes, training and programs in line with strategic priorities at a state and local level.

Selection Criteria Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience with Learning Management Systems administration or a combination of relevant study and work experience.
Demonstrated high level of communication, leadership, interpersonal and inter-professional skills and excellent customer service skills
Modelling a high level of decision-making and problem-solving skills with creative and strategic solutions in a healthcare environment.
Demonstrated website administration and helpdesk ticketing systems.
Ability to provide input, interpret, monitor and evaluate policies, procedures and standards relevant to the learning and development environment.
Sound understanding of how to development and present reports, audits, data management and knowledgeable use of Microsoft Office.
