Provide clinical training and teaching of medical staff
Support the development of Medical Oncology services
Support and facilitate a culture of learning and best practice consistent with the teaching role of the Mid North Coast Cancer Institute.

Selection Criteria Eligible for registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Must be registered before commencement
Have Fellowship of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians and/or other specialist recognition as provided for under the Health Insurance Act 1973
Have sub-specialty recognition in Oncology
Ability to participate in an on call roster as required by the Mid North Coast Local Health Network (MNCLHN)
Demonstrated commitment to teaching and continuing education
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team and provide leadership of a team
Knowledge and evidence of applying quality improvement in the clinical environment
